During the third week of September, Lumban held its own festival, known as Burdang Lumban Festival, which purpose is to attract tourists and gives joy to the people for giving importance for their products. One of the products presented and been acclaimed in this Festival is the Barong Tagalog.
Being the national dress, it is often seen worn by many national personalities, including celebrities and mainly politicians.
